Act of Private Association

I, the undersigned private living soul, herein assembled with other living souls of like and common mission, do hereby declare good faith and honorable intention to privately assemble through private unincorporated association to participate in all lawful private activities that may and ought to be done, to share resources, knowledge, private work product, support and spiritual guidance for the betterment of our lives, pursuit of life, liberty and happiness.

Our private matters are not involved in trade, business or political ventures, are not to be seen as commercial, contractual, or otherwise as we seek to privately, in trust, to assemble, to update any imperfections in our peaceful interface with international or national entities and agencies. We do so as part of our spiritual journey and our rights as set forth by the Supreme Law of our Creator.

All matters of the private association are held in confidence and private trust, protected by existing man-made laws and customs, and are not to be discussed outside of the group undersigned.  All parties undersigned hereby declare and agree that at no time shall we be deemed to be practicing law, conducting commercial affairs, exercising or participating in acts that would be considered a trade or business in the United States relating to this Declaration.

The undersigned agrees that we pledge our lives, fortunes, and sacred honor to protect and defend this private association, in trust, to not disclose to any party our private matters, and to remain private in the trust established herein. The undersigned parties agree that our right of private assembly and association is an inalienable right granted by Our Creator and is protected by the express limitations set forth in the Constitution of the United States of America (1787), the Supreme Law of the Land which supersedes any other decisions or laws to the contrary and shall not be violated. I the undersigned agree to a strict non-disclosure of all matters of this private association and no disclosure shall be allowed to anyone. I agree that facsimile copies can and ought to be treated as originals of this expressed trust and agreement.
